A logotype purchase is a onetime payment for unlimited use. As explained in the About section the logotype is meant to be put visible on any product set to any size as advertisement. The Softpeace products are digitly delivered and Softpeace is not a part of printing or manufacturing image or sign. Softpeace products are meant to be used as explained above and the logos are not to be copied or shared with other company or private person.
The logotype files will be ready for download after purchase and a download link will also be attached in a confirmation email.
The vector files (eps) always come with a transparent background. That is best practice for any printing scenario. The background color is normally added in the process of printing. The main reason is that it highly depends on the shape of the surface you are printing on. Imagine a rounded sign that you want to print on. The rectangular shape of your logotype background would be a problem there.
It is not unusual that the vector format eps cannot be opened on your computer or smartphone because a program might be missing which can open it. However the printing shop will definitely know how to handle this file. The same is true for the pdf-files.
The png- and gif-files should be excellent for digital use.
